Meet Our Founder & President

KAOZI MICHEL MBUNGULUNGA

President & Founder, Groupe MK International Limited

KAOZI Michel MBUNGULUNGA is the visionary behind Groupe MK International Limited, a diversified company with operations in Canada, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania. With a solid background in agriculture and business, Michel has spent over a decade leading initiatives that promote sustainable development, social empowerment, and responsible business practices across multiple sectors.

He holds a Diploma in Agriculture (International Development) from Alfred College of Agri-Food Technology, University of Guelph (Ontario, Canada), and pursued Business Administration studies at the University of Moncton.

Groupe MK International Limited was born out of Michel’s desire to create a bridge between continents—leveraging resources, knowledge, and networks from developed countries to uplift underprivileged communities in Africa. One of the group’s most prominent initiatives, M.K. Electro Recycling, focuses on electronic waste recycling and environmental sustainability.

Michel is actively involved in several international and local networks. He is a member of multiple plastic recycling associations, the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation, Business Fights Poverty, and the Knights of Columbus. He also served as a member of the Lions Club Moncton.

Driven by his late father’s dream of educational and social impact, Michel continues to guide Groupe MK International with integrity, innovation, and a people-first philosophy.

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” — Nelson Mandela
